INTERNATIONAL DELEGATE
USD 200 per pax

• Registrations are strictly to be done through the Conference Website at www.rtwmalaysia.com/2012.
• Registrations through fax/e-mail will not be accepted.
• Registration fee is inclusive of breakfast, lunch refreshment and conference materials.
• Registration fee does not include accommodation.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

• Conference fees must be made prior to the event .
• This conference offered is claimable under HRDF (*for companies registered with HRDF only)
• For Payment by cheque, participants are required to bank in the cheque and attach the bank in slip in the registration portal at www.rtwmalaysia.com/2012 OR participants can fax the bank in slip to 03 - 4257 4620 / 03 – 4257 4603.
• Confirmation of registration will be issued once payment is received.
• Registration will not be processed without full payment.

CANCELLATION

• Registrations cancelled prior to the 5th of June 2012 are subject to a RM 100 service charge. Full registration fee will be charged for cancellation after 5th June 2012.
• For Substitution of participants, participants are required to notify the secretariat in writing before the 5th of June 2012.

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION

• Deadline for registration is before the 5 June 2012
• Due to limited seating capacity, acceptance to this conference will be treated on ‘first come first serve basis’.
